Craig is the Director of Celtic Dwellings Ltd, bringing a hands-on, practical background to property development. Having previously worked as a mechanic, service engineer, and product specialist in laboratory equipment - as well as operating a small motorhome hire side business - Craig is a keen DIY enthusiast with a talent for solving real-world problems. After completing a full, hands-on refurb and flip project in 2024, he developed a strong passion for property, which has since grown into active involvement in land sourcing and development. Outside of work he enjoys time with his children, and although past hobbies included motorsport, surfing, and mountain biking, his current focus is on creating energy-efficient, eco-friendly housing and supporting the wider electrification of homes and transport for environmental benefit.

I’m a property investor and the boss lady behind Celtic Dwellings Ltd. I began my property journey in 2024 under the mentorship of Ben Hollingsworth and completed my first project in early 2025, with the second finishing in early 2026. Together with my husband, Craig, and our investors, our goal is to scale to six projects a year and grow into larger developments. Before property, I ran an award-winning jewellery business, winning Best New Business 2022, and I still enjoy making jewellery in my spare time. I’m fun, loyal, and confident, with a team-player spirit from my days playing club-level rugby. Property and family are my passions, and I’m excited for everything still to come.
